To ensure a relaxing and respectful environment for all guests, please read and follow these house rules carefully.
✅ Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in: After 3:00 PM
- Check-out: By 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.
✅ Quiet Hours
- 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Please respect neighbors and maintain low noise levels during this time, especially in the outdoor patio area.
✅ No Smoking
- Absolutely no smoking inside the guest suite.
- Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas.
A $250 cleaning fee applies if smoking is detected indoors.
✅ No Pets
To maintain cleanliness and prevent allergies, pets are not allowed, unless pre-approved for service animals.
✅ No Parties or Events
- This is a private guest suite intended for quiet stays.
- Parties, events, or unauthorized visitors are strictly prohibited.
Violation may result in immediate cancellation without refund.
✅ Maximum Occupancy
- 2 adults maximum
Please respect this limit. Unauthorized guests may result in extra charges or cancellation.
✅ Kitchen & Appliances
- You’re welcome to use the kitchen and appliances.
- Please wash dishes and tidy up after use.
- Turn off all appliances before check-out.
✅ Property Care
- Treat the space as if it were your own home.
- Report any damage immediately.
- Guests are responsible for any damages beyond normal wear and tear.
✅ Fire Pit & Outdoor Use
- Fire pit use is allowed only in safe weather conditions.
- Please turn off and cover after use.
- No open flames or cooking outside unless using the provided grill (if applicable).
✅ Security
- Lock doors and windows when leaving the unit.
- Security cameras may monitor the exterior for guest safety and property security.
✅ Children
- Children are allowed with adult supervision.
- Please inform us in advance if traveling with children.
✅ Trash
- Place all garbage in the designated bins.
- Do not leave trash outside the unit unattended.
✅ Violation of Rules
Failure to follow house rules may result in loss of deposit, extra charges, or cancellation without refund.
