At Bonita Haven, we understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to our guests while allowing us to manage our calendar effectively.
✅ Standard Cancellation
- Full refund if the reservation is canceled 7 days or more before the check-in date.
- 50% refund if the reservation is canceled between 3–6 days before check-in.
- No refund if canceled within 48 hours of check-in.
✅ Early Departure
Guests who choose to leave early after check-in will not receive a refund for unused nights unless there is an emergency or extraordinary situation, subject to our review.
✅ No-Show Policy
If the guest does not arrive and does not cancel in advance, the reservation is considered a no-show. In such cases, the full booking amount is non-refundable.
✅ Changes to Reservation
Date changes are permitted up to 5 days prior to arrival, depending on availability.
Rate differences may apply if the new dates fall under peak pricing.
✅ Force Majeure
We are not liable for cancellations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Pandemics
- Travel bans
- Power outages
However, in such cases, we will offer flexible rebooking options or credit for future stays.
✅ Booking through Third Parties
If your booking was made through a third-party platform (such as Airbnb or VRBO), their cancellation policy will apply. Please refer to your booking confirmation for details.

Include your name, reservation dates, and confirmation number (if available). Cancellations are not valid unless confirmed by us in writing.
✅ Refunds
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
